About Blue Gecko Homes
Builder in Pialba, QLD for new home and land packages and custom design homes across Hervey Bay and the Wide Bay region.
Blue Gecko Homes is a building company based in Pialba, Queensland, working across Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Tinana, Burrum Heads, Howard and the surrounding Wide Bay region. The business covers new home and land packages and custom design homes, and it also takes on residential development work, homes built for developers, and projects funded through self-managed super funds or investor portfolios.
Its range includes more than 50 in-house plans, and it also works with clients to customise a plan so the home suits their needs. Turnkey packages give access to finishes, and the business works with a trade base that can provide interior design, landscape design, sheds and carports, swimming pools, decking, pergolas, fencing and concrete paths and features. Building design and drafting, and construction project management, are also part of what the business offers. Typical builder work such as renovations, extensions and building maintenance and repairs may also be available, so it is worth asking what the business can take on.
